REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, which include perfumes and skincare items, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once the product packaging has been opened.

Refunds or exchanges may be considered only if the product is returned in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and proof of purchase.

In cases of damaged or incorrect products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
